Ordering your own Bespoke designed souvenirs and gifts from us is a straight forward procedure. Simply decide on the products that you would like your own design on by using our current Brochure and Price list. Alternatively you could contact us and ask for our local representative to call on you to assist with your order and offer helpful advise. Our brochure and price list offers a price guide for the item (price accurate at time of print) and also the minimum order quantity required. All prices are totally inclusive of design origination and delivery if to an address in the UK so there are no hidden charges to be added.
From receiving your instructions and order our studio will produce the designs necessary for your products. The designs are sent to you for your approval and any changes that you require. Once we have received approval we will forward your order to be manufactured and notify you of delivery and price confirmation before going into production. We always obtain samples to be sure that we are satisfied that the goods you will be receiving are correctly produced. From safe receipt of the goods we then deliver them directly to you.
